Postage Rates

• Spain - 1.50 euros
• UK and Europe -2.80 euros
• Rest of world - 4.50 euros

If the product is in stock we will despatch your order within 1 day, but please allow 7 to 28 days for delivery. We promise to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please note that we are not able to despatch Sundays. We will send an email notifying despatch on the day the goods are sent.

For orders paid by cheque please allow an additional 3 to 5 working days to allow for cheque clearance.

If there is a delay for any reason we will inform you either by email or by post. Where we cannot fulfil the complete order, due to stock shortage, we will make a part despatch of the items available in stock and then forward the balance of the order at no extra charge as soon as they are available.

If we are unable to deliver your order you will be notified by email or by post and the value of your order will be refunded within 28 working days.

Local Costumers - if you live in the Marbella area and wish to save on postage, you can collect your order from us at an agreed time, please use the contact us button to send an email.

Returns Policy

We guarantee that if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and return the item concerned in a clean and resaleable condition with 14 days of receipt, you money will be refunded.

When making a return please include the invoice number and the reason for the return. We recommend that you send returns by registered post and always obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel.
